A lot of classes can ignore or dispell chains. DKs can ignore it with AMS right before cast. Paladins can use Freedom to remove them. Evokers can remove them from themselves + 1 more party member by moving him. Monks can remove them with Tiger's Lust. Probably some other classes also have their way
