Stop Hollowsoul Scrounger’s Leech Veil casts
During this cast Scrounger latches to other mob, stops receiving damage and healing for 5% every 3 seconds. Leech victim does not receive damage to health too because of the shield. You can break the shield, but this can be a big time loss. Use stuns/CCs to stop these casts.
